Glitz and Glamor?
Public service is not complicated when you’re not for sale.
Dear neighbors,
I’ve always been a grassroots kind of guy. Corporate sponsors and PACs have no place in my campaign, and I’ve never taken their money.Â
We’ve got something more powerful: a commitment to genuine change powered by voters.
And our message is resonating within the district! Campaign contributions are growing, applications to join our leadership team are up, and more families are asking to host backyard "Meet Rishi' meetings. We’ve also seen a surge in requests for lawn signs and a spike in internship applications. Â
Seema and I have always worked together, and now we’ve been joined by over 1200 volunteers, all of whom pledge their time and energy to our clean-money campaign.Â
We’ve knocked on hundreds of thousands of doors, and you may have seen our volunteers in your neighborhood. I’ve sat down with thousands of neighbors in every part of our district, listening to their issues and brainstorming solutions.
Your support is everything!Â
We ran an ethical campaign in 2022, and we were honored to receive 42.3% of the votes against a three-decade incumbent who outspent us three to one. Most importantly, we did this without taking a dime from PACs and corporate donors—and that will never change.
I’m the only candidate in this race funded solely by people like you, and I’m extremely proud of that.
PLEASE CONTRIBUTE  PLEASE CONTRIBUTE TODAY at RishiKumar.com! You deserve a US representative who will put your interests over those of special interests. To make that happen, I need your support. That’s why I’m humbly asking for a campaign contribution today. Just click on the button below, and give what you can. It will help us tremendously as we approach our end-of-month campaign deadline.
The framers of the Constitution warned of how factions (the special interest groups of their day) could threaten our republic. Could they have ever imagined our distorted reality? Today any group—no matter how small—can use its wealth to wreak havoc.
To be clear, buying politicians used to be illegal in the US, but now it’s just unethical.  Â
There are more than 12,500 registered lobbyists in Washington. That’s roughly 23 lobbyists for each member of the House and Senate. All told, special interest groups spend just over $4 billion each year to influence federal policy, and buying off politicians is their favorite strategy. They’ve silenced the people and derailed our democracy. We must stop them!
I will always refuse money from PACs and special interest groups. Whether it’s Big Pharma, the National Association of Realtors, or the US Chamber of Commerce, I won’t accept a dime. And I’ll never change my stance on this. Our democracy works best when our leaders answer to only one boss, and that’s YOU, the American people.Â
Let's make a stand for integrity together. Please contribute today to our campaign to restore ethics to politics!
Let’s team and win!
