Have you noticed the brewing housing crisis? Cities are reeling with the push to build high-density housing via housing mandates like SB-9, SB-10 and the Housing Element's inflated RHNA numbers. It is clear that the California Department of Housing & Community Development's (HCD) RHNA numbers provided to our cities have huge flaws. I am fighting it! I have never believed in following the herd. The California State Auditor is now auditing HCD on their inflated RHNA numbers. Would you like to send your input to the state audit team? My activism always stems from deep knowledge and research: This sample letter lays out the reasons to reject the inflated RHNA numbers - print, sign and mail. Get involved and express your voice.
